Why Parent EFAs Are Unique For Omega-3 and Omega-6
It is vitally important to distinguish between the parent from derivative form of EFAs. Why? Because it is common for supplement manufacturers to throw all EFAs into the same pot.
They obviously do not have a clear understanding of how the body processes EFAs.
